Catering at EE is heartwrenching at times. You are expected to work like crazy potentially with no breaks whatsoever. You are responsible for cocktailing bottles of wine in the $50s with a 6 minute 'training' with dozens of new staff in their revolving door and berated for not remembering. They claim wages are higher than industry standard but they have been frozen so long that they now are standard. No tips save for wine service. No gratuity despite clients being charged for it, it going in the coffers with the rest, no OT, no respect for sick days with you bracing for angry calls demanding answers as to why you are ill.
