Pros
I very much enjoyed working with and learning from my coworkers. They are the hardest working bunch of people I've ever been lucky enough to be in the trenches with. The work itself is impactful and challenging and I felt like I grew my resume in the time I was there. The virtual environment was one of the biggest perks of working for Event 360.
Cons
The client work and contracts vary so much from year to year that it's difficult to feel a sense of job security. Salary/pay was closer to working for a non-profit (Event 360's primary client base) than it was for a for-profit company (which Event 360 is).
