They will ensure you are overworked, and the pay is definitely not worth it. No work-life balance. They offer a bonus, and HR will lie by claiming it's easily attainable, but it is not. The company constantly looks for ways to prevent employees from earning their bonus. If you want to get it, be prepared to work 12-hour days, sometimes even on weekends. There is virtually no opportunity for growth within the company. It’s just not worth the trouble. Lastly, this company is built on one big lie. They advertise to clients that the product is completely AI-generated and then expertly reviewed. That one gave me a good chuckle. The AI they use is terrible and doesn't work half the time, and the demands are 90% drafted by people who have little to no legal background. I've seen people with art degrees drafting legal demand letters. Even better, the management also lacks legal experience. Most of these people have no clue about personal injury claims. When the reviews mention 'sweatshop monkeys,' they’re speaking the truth. It’s insane that EvenUp is now moving its operations to India, building their main team there to draft these legal demand letters. I thought no legal background was bad...
