Pros
Leaving, knowing I will never see or face any of these people ever again and step into that office ever again.
Cons
At the beginning of my employment I thought I had made a good choice by accepting a role, but within a few days I could see this was a huge mistake and I was sold a pipe-dream. I don’t have many regrets or feel like I have made many past bad choices in life, but this company is one that will haunt me forever. Honestly, I wish I never worked here. My first few days I was made to feel welcome by having calls and meetings with different people from the different teams (both in-person and remotely) and I got a bad feeling from a few office based staff and my gut was right. There are people in this company who are willing to throw you under the bus, make you look bad and incompetent and do all they can to get you out the door. This also includes lying about other people to save themselves from being sacked and playing the part of a grieving victim. Management are narcissistic, toxic and flat-out bullies and have zero issue personally going after you and making your life hell. The “positive” reviews are primarily from those who work in the offices, so are naturally going to say nice, wonderful and progressive things, however, from what I saw with my eyes, and heard with my ears I will never say anything nice about this place. As soon as I left I gained my smile and happiness back and knew that was a good decision for my long-term health.
