- Competitive compensation package (not worth it though because they will steal your money and abuse you once you are locked into a contract)
Cons
- Employees are offboarded as per the CEO's whims (aka arbitrary termination) but what's worse is that the HR is too useless to even uphold basic employee rights. This company STOLE my money. Unlawful termination (no notice period provided) followed by unfair salary deductions that the HR team is still unable to substantiate. Of course, once you offboard an employee you can just steal their money and give ambiguous and subjective reasons for 'deducting' salary. But during my last month, NOT ONE complaint was lodged against me or the quality of my work; nothing to indicate that over $500 dollars would be deducted from my salary. - The company is nothing but a holster for its CEO's massive ego. Most employees spend at least half their work days managing his mood or figuring out how to work around him. Most unproductive company ever, mainly because the CEO is unable to give up any control to his colleagues and because his colleagues are all too terrified to challenge him in the slightest. Everything is made up on AI, its unclear what actual work they have done this year. The CEO repeatedly told us to reduce any mentions of colored staff members on the company website.
