Pros
Nothing to say about it
Cons
It's hard to know where to start. Let’s begin with the owner/manager/HR, who operates with no concern for legality. He is a very difficult person to tolerate, from the inhumane demand to work non-stop for hours, counting how many times someone gets up from their chair to make a simple coffee or go to the bathroom (a basic need), to idealizing work trips as if employees should feel grateful when, in reality, they are being exploited. During events, employees work for over 12 hours, sometimes for around 4 days straight, while the manager drinks alcohol, eats, and does as he pleases. The word **professionalism** is not part of his vocabulary. It’s no coincidence that he always hires young people, most of whom are immigrants, allowing him to take advantage of his power over them, as if they were unintelligent. In this pseudo-company with a mediocre boss, it’s impossible to grow, impossible to acquire any knowledge beyond cultivating patience. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone, not even temporarily. And the cherry on top: he is racist and homophobic.
