Good learning experience, but no growth opportunities - Lab Technician Eurofins Employee Review

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories is a reliable place to work at. The folks at dept 87 especially, they are great.

Not quite sure about how things are in other departments, have heard some not so great things from coworkers.

It’s a great first job, you will get a lot of training.

Pay is absolutely unacceptable, promotions are not metric based, just where your name falls on the list and if your group leaders like you or not. Too much stress for too little pay. You’re constantly being rushed to meet TAT but quality matters right? Management does not care to change things, in all the years of its existence nothing has been standardized within business units or outside.
