Pros

Would love to write any if i could think of.

Cons

Working for a year now with empty promises from management. Train new hires with no automotive industry experience to perform professional tasks required by customer. Complete dishonesty about taking care of the customer and employees. As someone else mentioned, non responsive management in addressing employee concerns. No open door policy applied here. Can not get any assistance from site manager or even get him to provide any solution. This company decided to sue a former colleague in Tuscaloosa for going to work for a competitor. Apparently an employment agreement we all signed takes away our rights to work for anyone else for a period of 12 months within 100miles of EuroQ's locations in the United States. How in the world do companies like these get away with violating such rights! Two of the competitors had job openings with better terms, but declined to hire any of us unless given express permission by EuroQ management.

Pros

EuroQ is a well-known automotive repair supplier in Greer, SC. The company is known to supply their customers with quality technicians to fulfill their needs. The program manager of the South Carolina branch treats his team members like human beings, unlike other companies I have experienced. His team members are not just numbers in the company. He tries to greet all team members at least once a day and always has open ears to issues the team members have. In other companies I have known, it's not every day you see your boss. The pay is good, and the hours are manageable. Most team members enjoy the 5 day weekends off. There is a lot of overtime available, if you like to work and interested in making more money, the option is there. The owner of the company visits at least 3-4 times a year and it always open and friendly with team members, he tries to see them all during his short visits. I would recommend EuroQ.

Cons

Communication is complicated due to the HR department's location in another state. Most communication is by phone or email. The interview process is long, but the job is worth the time.

Pros

They called me out of the blue one day last summer about my resume they found on indeed, gave me on the spot phone interview, gave me the job, and flew me out to Fremont, California two days later to work on contract project at Tesla manufacturing facility doing paint work on the vehicles when they came off the line, and paid pretty good.

Cons

Long 60 hrs per week work weeks, very unprofessional employer when it came to following through with certain promises like we would each have rental car of our own to use, instead the 7 of us had to share two cars, the contract lasted a month and a half less then promised before they sent us all home after just a month and a half of being down there, didn't care if they didn't follow through on their word with us, didn't communicate with us at all, I had to find out we were being sent home early by one of my co-workers two days prior and not management, and were very rude upon us departing and in return I ended up having to pay my for MY OWN plane ticket home, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
