      Good medical, dental, 401k benefit

      Cons

      1) Management lacks basic understanding of Semi equipment business but dreams big 2) Korea management trying to run company as if it is located in Korea . 3) High attrition rate; on average employee retention ~ 10months. 4) No respect of intellectual properties of other companies

      Pros

      Great team, Great collaboration, fantastic coworkers, it is all about work with no politics. Not to mention ping pong tables in cafeteria are the best.

      There is nothing wrong about this company. They working hard to build a tool and go stronger to market.
