      None. Owner is so cheap.

      Cons

      Low pay, no health benefits, pay your own parking. No PTO. No paid holidays. No compliance to labor laws, no overtime pay! Worst employer ever !

      Pros

      Experience but you can find that elsewhere with better work conditions and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      No benefits (not even health), pay for your own parking, CEO has no solid direction when giving critiques + doesn’t know how to talk to employees with basic respect. All while getting underpaid. I have never seen so much turnover in 3 months. Please apply elsewhere for your own good.
