If you’re looking for a company that rewards hard work and intellect, and you want to be surrounded by smart colleagues, this company makes sense. Ethos is fast paced and rewarding, and we are always problem-solving. In terms of my work, the ownership component excites me the most. Everything that I do is making an impact on something that is long lasting. Everyone has a voice here.
Cons
Velocity is the key metric which can create pressure to move quickly. The company has also grown very quickly which introduces growing pains when a bunch of new people and teammates join, but this would occur at any hyper growth company.
