Complete Moral Failure - Church Planter Ethnos360 Employee Review

I love the mission and vision of the organization. My work environment is very healthy and I overall feel my voice is heard.

I can't think of any major cons about working with Ethnos360. Non-profit work always has its challenges as individuals need to raise their own support.

no pro outweighs the dangers of working with this organization.

!BEWARE! if you are thinking of joining this organization DONT!! leadership operates in a cult like way. you will be conveniently isolated in any role you choose to the confines of the organization. you will hear only what they want you to hear. information control IS a characterization of a cult. if you want your child to be safe from physical abuse, child on child abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, or just the trauma of growing up in an entirely cult like environment then by all means work here. nobody in leadership will care about you or your family. this is a place that views themselves as an extension of God. a place where many members and leaderships worship the organization. the culture is beyond christian norms. you will be chastised for thinking differently. you will be silenced for speaking up. EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN you will be supporting an organization with ILL intentions and dangerous people! Coming from a conservative loving christian who believes mission work is a great thing, DO NOT JOIN THIS CULT!
