Pros
You will likely meet some of the most genuinely caring people (co-workers) because the companies mission draws people who have big hearts and want to make a difference in the world.
Cons
-Extremely young and inexperienced founders, one who is emotionally manipulative and the other who cares more about appearance and status rather than authentic relating and service to the team. -Leadership favors employees that comply vs employees with the willingness to be honest, share feedback and work towards new solutions. -Leadership does not live values internally which has created a culture of distrust, cynicism and unhappiness amongst employees. People are bunt out and frustrated and do not trust founders. When I first got to Eterneva bright-eyed and bushy tailed I was so confused as to why so many people distrusted the founders. After seeing their impact first hand, I left Eterneva understanding why. -Lack of equity with the sales team in terms of pay and lead distribution and leadership does not have ability to accurately interpret data, reporting, etc., causing individuals performance metrics to be skewed. -Lack of transparency from leadership. At times, I witnessed actual lying to cover up things that were being done internally.
