No pros at all so far!

All the positive reviews are probably from the management to just boost up the ratings. 2 of my friends also quit from this excuse of a company under poor circumstances. The CTO/CEO don't know how to behave with their employees and resort to threats & "lawsuits". They'll gaslight you and pay you peanuts. You get better pay working in a BPO (not even kidding). The HR is a relative of the mgmt and does not turn up to work at all. Take my word, avoid this toxic work environment at all costs, apply to good companies on Linkedin, angel list, etc instead of such ones. It's like a family business here. Team leads hate you if you grow. People talk behind your back. Oh did I forget to mention - You need to work 9 hours a day 6 days a week lol, what a joke?
