Pros
I worked in Eseye/Dataflex for more than seven years at different locations in different roles. In my experience, Eseye India is a fantastic place to work at. It gives you great exposure to a startup like an environment along with the stability of an MNC. Although it is an Offshore development center, the quality, and mix of projects executed in the NCR office are excellent if you compare it to other companies in the area. The combination of technical verticals in India center includes Web Tech, IoT, AWS apps, Tech support, Finance, etc. I liked the HR and admin functions of the center; unlike other smaller setups, they have managed to run this center as a world-class facility. HR doesn't cut corners in expenses that matter, like IT hardware, office facilities, employee morale activities, etc. In my overall industry experience, I have not seen a more tax efficient salary structure. Another positive aspect I would like to point out is the focus of the technical leadership team on providing growth opportunities to each.
Cons
On the negative front, office facilities which are feasible for the more prominent corporations are not possible for them like cab facility, in-house cafeteria, etc., but they have chosen an excellent location for their office to compensate for these factors.
