Company Overview - Vice President Escher Group Employee Review

Escher Group's been in the game for ages, and it shows with the amount of experience they have at the helm. They're directed by some of the finest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and they're competitive with salary and benefits. Both management and engineers are very adaptive to the needs of employees/coworkers, and the problems are challenging yet rewarding to solve.

Growing pains happen, and miscommunications occur. As far as software firms go, this one does a great job of minimizing them, though, and hashing the ones that do crop up out before they linger too long.

The company has a solid team of engineers with great communication.

Ownership is cagey about bonuses. They announce at quarterly meetings that we are having the best year yet, and then they set unrealistic goals for the yearly bonus to justify not paying out the full bonus.
