Pros
The pay was decent, the job was fun, and customers were, most of the time, really chill, outdoorsy people. Our RM was amazing, always helpful, and didn't micro-manage, making the job a breeze.
Cons
Corporate has no idea of what the Hub is going through and are completely disconnected from the reality of how the branch operates. Benefits are almost non-existent, Corporate was unhelpful, always on vacation when needed the most, and barely helpful. They preferred to lay off people instead of making them full-time and giving them benefits.
Marketing had no idea how to promote or advertise our brand, one of the main reasons why they closed.
