Supportive; any assistance you need, Erudite will be able to help you. Flexible; you choose when and how you want to teach and which students to take on. Rewarding; your students learn and you learn something new alongside them. Organized; you'll find everything you need including profile changes, how much you will be getting paid for the week, which students are availble to teach, contact information, calendar for scheduling. Plethora of resources; resources to help teachers with contents and activities are readily available and accessible. One-on-One tutoring; their teaching model is one that can be very easy for new or inexperienced teachers to try as you are not dealing with a classroom of students and you are able to put focus on one at a time. This gives a good foundation for your teaching experiences as you go on.

Too flexible; since nothing is structured and that is all up to the teachers to manage. Lesser amount of guidance for new and inexperienced tutors; you are kind of left on your own and things like materials, teaching resources are up to you to source because the ones available are a lot but limited. Not much in-person interactions; much communication is not done in-person and this may be especially true if you are outside of Sydney where their head office is located.
