      Pros

      Work with awesome good-natured patient hilarious people!! The entire staff at Erlanger, in all departments, are fabulous. Just wish Erlanger treated them so.

      No meaningful raises, nurse retention is not their goal, people get there 2-3 years and get out because the pay is stagnant Short Staffed ALWAYS New annual review process, please stop making us review ourselves

      Pros

      My manager is always available for assistance and guidance. My co-workers are helpful.

      Cons

      The on-site computer network needs to be reconfigured so that fitness members can login to the facility without disrupting the technician's use of the computer while assisting new or existing members.
