Flexible work schedule in IT, great benefits, yearly bonuses, extra incentives, lots of options to move up, good vacation accrual, plenty of training and education opportunities, including education reimbursement, and free parking. They really care about their employees.
Cons
Too much change in focus/priorities, frequent restructuring of departments and teams, unclear direction, expectations, and communication or no communication at all from leadership. Lack of collaboration and/or agreement amongst leadership. Can only work remote in certain locations.
