Pros
Most of Managment is easy to deal with. They wil listen to your ideas. They expect you to get the job done and give you tools to do so.
Cons
Like most insurance co in p/c they do over load adjusters with work and keep you at 120% all the time. Small Co. not alot of places to move up to. Seems like some of its in who you know.Will micro manage you on authority to pay claims.
