      There are no pros. Worst job ever

      Cons

      They dont pay on time. Management is horrible. Community is not maintained. They dont allow us a tool or supply budget. Dont work here. The pay is not worth what they expect and for the way they treat employees.

      Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

      Cons

      Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
