Pros

They offer us health insurance which most insurance agencies don't. They have outsourced help in the Philippines for busy work which we would normally be doing ourselves. Options for us to work from home. PTO is reasonable.

Cons

NO training! They claim transparency but there is none. Since day 1 I have basically been left on my own to learn my way through this system. We finally had one good manager who took time to really train and help employees and they fired her. They tell us that all these great things are happening but they just keep buying failing agencies without any support and leave us to fix it. Right now there's maybe half the amount of the staff that we should have. Everyone is overworked and overwhelmed and it's become clear that we are all replaceable. I'm stuck here but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a place that will tell you one thing an do another then you've found the right company. No room for advancement. No support. If you bring up that you have made a mistake or there is a problem they will treat you like you're an idiotor that it's your fault when in reality no one taught you how to do anything. The owners talk in code. No one can understand them.

Pros

Flexible PTO and 401k matching after 1 year of employment. Good job if you have insurance sales experience.

Cons

Onboarding for new agents was inconsistent and often ineffective, contributing to higher turnover. Many mistakes are made by sales agents due to the lack in training. Management information was disorganized, making it difficult to understand roles and support from the team. Company restructures occurred without proficient notice or adequate training ahead of time to prepare. Sales agents are expected to do servicing while also being expected to hit $50k+ per month in premium. Commissions are not consistent. This job involves high expectations with very minimal reward.
