there are no pros to working at Equiti. it is a heightened workplace that is driven by politics which is driven by senior management to ensure that staff are always on edge
Cons
this is the worst company i have worked for. its not a family like some say. its the mafia. management continually lie and underdeliver to staff, but still expect to squeeze everything out of staff. there is no real HR function other than intimidation and so there is no transparency over bonus or salary. it is a toxic work place and they want it to run that way
