A revolving door of sales reps. Pay plan needs to be revised in order to retain Sales Reps. Management is not familiar with construction sales process or whats needed/required to increase revenue. Lack on onboard training makes it difficult to learn internal processes. Redundancy in management positions. In the Dallas location before you accept anything GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. if not STEER CLEAR!!!
