Pros

Have not found anything to like here - the Gym is nice but after a few months you will not have time to use it. Oh - the bathrooms are in the gym - thats not a Pro....

Cons

No Leadership Team. C Level is weak on leadership and this trickles down throughout the entire company making everyone suffer No Communications from management on upcoming projects/current project No Status Meetings No formal Process IT Department is a joke. - There is no leader. When you step up you get shot down. Extrememe workload with no help No Teamwork - just a bunch of individuals trying to get through the day Lunch was at my desk every day No friendly people No job career growth No encenives to work harder no bonus no salery increases no review process

Pros

Free Equinox membership. Easily one of the biggest perks. You get access to a premium gym that normally costs hundreds of dollars per month. Health and fitness environment. You're surrounded by people interested in wellness, and many coworkers are into fitness. Customer service experience. Great resume builder if you're moving into hospitality, sales, banking, or corporate roles. Professional atmosphere. Equinox expects a polished appearance and high-quality service, which can help build professionalism. Networking opportunities. Members often include business owners, executives, and professionals in West Palm Beach. Relatively straightforward work. Most duties include greeting members, answering phones, checking members in, updating accounts, and keeping the lobby organized.

Cons

Pay is relatively low compared to the expectations and cost of living in South Florida. Many employees cite compensation as a downside. Can't call out sick.

Pros

Lots of education. Great place to learn about exercise science.

Cons

The pay is misleading. They expect you to work 10-14 hours a day, but only get paid for 3-4 of them. They lost a massive lawsuit for a reason. I was a top coach and was still barely making enough to live comfortably. Expect to work 7 days a week to break even on your pay.
