Woeful company - Anonymous Epiq Employee Review

Mgmt who ONLY care about profit margins and no more. ZERO consideration in regard to your own career and career progression. If your best mates with mgmt you *may* get to move up but that is the only way. No support whatsoever from mgmt and they will go out of their way to cheat you to meet their own selfish needs. Horrible company and people. Salary is also not even remotely close to a market standard so prepared to be continually underpaid.
