Pros
Some of the employees are really great and smart people to work with. They stay on for various reasons but most wish they worked elsewhere. Convenient commute to Los Altos.
Cons
Micro-managed and publicly ridiculed by CEO daily. Even if you have a really positive attitude, she will beat you down.
