Pros
Epicor generally treats its employees well, and has a culture that strives for growth and excellence. Senior Management is invested in developing talent on a very personal level. Everybody works to solve problems and make the best experience for the customer.
Cons
Still struggles with "breaking down silos" between departments - especially Sales and Prof Services - to truly make a seamless process for the customer. Many formal procedures and documents are out of date, resulting in confusion and lack of consistency. Focus on reducing expenses often stifles the drive for much-needed change initiatives.
