      Coworkers, pay, great experience right out of college, lots of responsibility right off the bat, fun environment, looks good on a resume

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers, highly variable experiences with team leaders, anonymous feedback can be very harmful, long hours expected, lots of travel, inflexible about remote work
