      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with; good exposure to many different jobs in the pharma world. Employees are treated very nicely. Work environment is good.

      Cons

      Company has had several downsizings over the past few years. We lost many good people. Lost talent is hard to replace.

      The company culture is like that of a family, everyone knows each other and opportunities for cross-training and cross-collaborations are plentiful.

      Numerous layoffs, high turnover rate, and lack of focus pertaining to company and scientific goals.
