Pros
Nice, trendy office space with high end technology and kombucha on tap.
Cons
It's interesting to me that 6 months ago there were only three reviews on this page about this company and all were very average. It wasn't until a negative (accurate) review popped up that a plethora of positive (and eerily similar) reviews came pouring in. This is not because the employees at Envoy are happy, it's because I know for a fact they were asked to leave these reviews. If the reviews told the truth they would say that turn over rate is at an all time high because the political environment of Envoy is impossible to navigate. Employees are not respected or cherished, but rather treated as if they should feel lucky to work at an agency like this and are easily replaceable. Employees who have been there for years are stuck in the same role while "favorites" and relatives of the founders are being promoted over them with no reason except their connection to management. One of the founders has been accused of sexism multiple times and continues to adhere to that mindset day in and day out. Unless you are a friend or relative of management, you will be talked down to, used as a scapegoat for management's mistakes, denied work and then be told you aren't doing enough. There is just no winning with an agency like this. The egos of management are far too large and are suffocating the life out of what had the potential to be a great place to work but has now turned into a place employees dread being each day. If you want an accurate depiction of what life is like at Envoy everyday, focus on the negative reviews because they are the only things on this page that are telling the truth.
