most head canvassers and directors (most meaning excluding maybe one or two others) are white so they almost inevitably meet quota, we go into majority white neighborhoods and they're blind to their own privilege and will often say how easy the job is. The good canvassers get the better parts of the neighborhoods, the better neighborhoods are more receptive to canvassers. If you're white or asian it could be a fun job!
