Pros
They are heavily focused on training. That's about it. There isn't anything in particular in an employee's favor that is better than any other employer in the area.
Cons
The owners and upper management do not live the core values that are so heavily pushed onto the employees. The owners in particular will gaslight you into believing that their compensation is so much better than everywhere else. It's not, in fact it's actually not as good as other companies in some cases. They pretend to care about the individual but do things that are counterintuitive. If I had the chance to do this over again I would have left years sooner instead of allowing myself to be fooled into blind loyalty. I personally turned millions of gross revenue in and at the end of my employment when a bonus was guaranteed from my previous year's compensation package the owners took my contract to a lawyer to see if there was a way not to pay out. I was also guaranteed in writing at the beginning of my employment a percentage of every referral I brought in and was never paid a penny towards any of my referrals and was simply told my hourly compensation was good enough to cover for the referrals I was promised.
