CEO is great at hearing ideas and letting you run with them -- good or bad! Sometimes the freedom let's you go wrong directions.

There team really is positive and passionate about their mission. I'd still be there if I didn't have to move. Think as the world learns about them they will really make a difference for private capital formation.

Its a shallow company - access to the CEO is easy and often - that's good and bad depending on your work style. I will add the team is flexible -- maybe to a fault. But I certainly learned and excelled in that work environment.
