      Pros

      No pros to working with Hanover.

      Cons

      Pay and bonus program - You get paid $24 with having to deal with so much and with no support. Also your bonuses are constantly being nickle and dimed so you never get a full bonus. Oh and you only get it every quarter, not like other companies where you receive your bonus monthly. DO NOT WORK HERE!

      Great Culture and a product that actually works. They have raving fans as customers, which help a ton

      Cons

      The shift from bootstrap to VC funded came with the usual issues of turnover and culture shift
