Pros

* Some lovely individuals who are willing to help, share knowledge and work with- helping you get through those long & gloomy days! * Some really interesting webinars hosted with customers

Cons

Where to begin... Interview process at the start was great, felt very professional and quick to respond to questions. Soon after starting, it become very clear that the role wasn't how it was sold in the interview ( not down to the fault of the interviewer, but down to leadership and the business itself). Product is something from the stone ages, customers have a lack of flexibility with what they can do in the product itself, constantly having to raise tickets, long response times and get frustrated. Customer feedback used to be that they felt they were sold this all singing & dancing product that could bring X alumni to their platform but in a realistic world, it soon turned out to be the opposite. A lot of over promising but what the product could actually deliver was the complete opposite (eg you couldn't even get the data stats from the platform, this is outsourced to PowerBi). Product road map- was once discussed but nothing visually shared or spoken about passionality on a daily basis. Again this frustrated lots of customers as they wanted to hear and see where the business was going, what new updates were happening and new features. It was often spoken about 4.0 but the end goal date kept moving for this... one customer once said, they had heard about this from someone at the top over a year ago, so they wouldn't believe it until they saw it. No idea of the business goals & mission as this was never breathed or lived daily (maybe spoken about once in an all hands on a Friday, but that was it). No sales team - CEO runs this independently so no phones ringing or daily leads coming in. The office was often a very uncomfortable environment to work in, lacked a 'buzz' however, as a perk you could often get a free bag of crisps or a can of drink from the fridge. Employee benefits = not much... standard annual holiday allowance, no bonus, no healthcare, no sick pay however a £40 uber eats voucher was provided every month. Hybrid working at a push- office was open 5 days a week, had to be in Monday- Wednesday as a minimum and no flexibility around this...but be warned, if you weren't in the office and at your desk for 9 am, you often felt the pressure to add a picture to a slack channel of a delayed train board or bus diversion to justify why not. Redundancies were made very quickly (on one day, everyone was called into an urgent meeting one afternoon and were then told the business needed to make redundancies. Soon after the call ended, you would all receive an email saying if your role was safe or not. This wasn't cascaded to people on annual leave at the time so some found out by word of mouth from others, informing you that you might want to check your emails. Those at risk then were removed from all applications and within a week had their final consultation and then left. Same week, an employee feedback survey was sent to ask if we would recommend the business as a place to work (not the most appropriate time!). Employee feedback was never shared and therefore no actions happened off the back of these surveys... not worth doing if you don't share & act upon results. As a result of these redundancies, most customers weren't informed of them and were left in the dark with who would now be working on their account. Especially those in the early stages of implementation and go live.

Pros

Fellow colleagues, most of which are global with only a handful of jobs actually located in the United States, are nice and supportive.

Cons

Leadership is a mess, loyalty is rewarded and felt as if it was held over people's heads. Doesn't matter how hard you work, there is little to no growth opportunities here - don't pay attention to the promises of expanding the workforce. Most of the leadership are male, little to no females with exception to CEO, Friends and family friends are placed into positions, often not even interviewing others and making decisions on behalf of the hiring manager. The other reviews here describing the toxicity and how it is an interesting place to work for are spot on!
