Some managers allow flexibility, good 401k match, decent benefits, DIBS efforts

Depends on what manager your working for if they walk the walk of the Entergy values of “family come first” or if it’s just a “thing” they say but when it comes down to it, they chastise you for it. Performance management - can be done right with a great manager, but for the most part, they will place you on a PIP with no warning and BAM, your job is on the line, even if you’re a great employee - depending on the manager, it may come down to comparing you to the favorites. And this is coming from an HR professional.
