The kids are great, and scheduling is very open and flexible.

While the staff SEEM to be organized and responsive, when you have difficulty or need support, you are often met with vague responses. Materials provided by the company are poorly edited and not professional. Pay ($19/hour) is very low for the amount of work required. No pay for prep time, but a lot of prep and marking is required.

No need to commute to an office, they have some material for classes, work from anywhere on the globe. Use your own teaching style. Usually pay on a regular basis.

Material lacks consistency. Materials are not made by native speakers. Very poor communication skills within the company.
