Pros

Good working environment. Not that bad, but not that great. Decent salary.

Cons

This is the only call center company that I know that has no sleeping quarters, to think that they have employees who's on the night shift. Most of the employees have responsibilities outside work during the day and letting them take a quick nap during their breaks is a luxury for them. Free coffee should also be considered as this will help improve employee's performance at work. The pantry has no concessionaire and it's too small, only sits 15 people for an office that holds approximately 200 employees. Improve work stations, computers, and apply dual-monitors.
