Leadership kept middle managers working 70 hours a week and when you didn’t finish the tasks you were placed on PIP and eventually terminated for not being able to manage 15 clients databases and 20 plus employees

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
