Pay, communication, poor benefits, no 401k match. From the moment I was offered the position, there was nearly no communication from anyone during the onboarding and training process. I received ONE email from my onboarding specialist and was advised to reach out to her directly if I had any questions. Throughout onboarding, I not only emailed her multiple times, but I also emailed my supervisor and my recruiter and never heard back from anyone. Then, for the first couple of weeks, I never had any direction on what I was supposed to be doing. Every single day I was the one messaging my manager asking what to do because there was no communication and nothing was ever put onto my calendar. The team I was assigned to seemed overly disorganized and unprepared bringing on a couple of new members. Every time I asked a question, no one even knew the answer to it. They couldn't even explain to us how training was going to be conducted and said "we'll just go with the flow." We shadowed another team member for a couple of days, but all that consisted of was watching her move around her screen. There was no explaining what she was doing at all and no one really talked. There were just so many red flags.
