Pros
The salaries are competitive, there's a good level of stability, and that's pretty much it.
Cons
HR is completely inefficient, except for recruiting. There's absolutely no internal mobility, and if you work very hard you will get nothing out of it as there is no meritocracy. They will give you a small salary increase (circa 2%) for the first few years within the company and then it will cease. No home-office policy. No car leasing. Highly political and decisions often don't make sense - they are taken based on the ego of department heads. Majority of the workers already gave up on "career" and only stay around for the sake of the salary and stability, as it's pretty hard to get fired. If you end up getting a promotion (which is very rare) your salary won't be raised until you've been in the new role for at least one year (if you're lucky). If you are driven and ambitious this is not a place for you.
