Pros
Some teams seem to genuinely enjoy working for the company so good for them! Some nice perks (in the form of hotel and f&b discounts)
Cons
You’re treated like a resource first and foremost: limited career progression, little interest from HR/management in helping you develop within the company. This is also reflected in their tendency to hire new people rather than promote from within. Compensation is not transparent by design - it seems to depend on how much you negotiate? For a company this size pay at different levels should be standardised a lot more. Wouldn’t say it’s a particularly friendly environment for women from what I’ve seen and heard - ungenerous mat leave, gender pay discrepancy to name a few. Didn’t affect me directly but it’s not great for morale
