Pros

Learn on your own, and get to access lots of system so is a continuous learning. People that are in the technical level are really nice and helpful.

Cons

Management make you work long hours without paying overtime or compensate you, no recognition to the employees at all, very short staff, you are a number there, never appreciate you, benefits are not good. No training and need to figure out the systems. If people call in sick or vacation, there is only couple of people doing all the work for whoever was off. No office equipment provided, you have to bring your laptop. Once they know you are leaving they ghost you the entire time you remain in the company instead of trying to find out what happened! very childish! There needs to be a process in place. They need to hire at least 4 Payroll reviewers, at least another 4 associates, 2 onboarding people that knows payroll so when they take clients, they know what needs to be transfer to the system. Very poor structure, Management are bullies, trying to put down people in meetings and think about the employees that handle their payrolls, but they dont really see that they need to hire more people internally so they can do their job correctly and are not overtired and overworked. People that handle the payroll side are very kind and they tried their best as they care for the company and the clients, however they are always stressed because they have to commit to impossible deadlines.

We understand the challenges posed by long hours and strongly believe that overtime is unproductive. We have implemented processes to ensure that our team does not work overtime over a prolonged period of time. While overtime may be required from time-to-time due to client needs, we firmly believe that resourcing the business is critical to deliver top tier service and importantly, to ensure that our team is able to maintain work-life harmony. We have implemented an in-depth employee onboarding function. Today employees receive in-depth training and are able to access learning through our Learning Management System. We have re-evaluated salaries in all functions and today share salary details about all roles publicly. Furthermore, we have made efforts to ensure that our team members have the opportunity to exceed industries average salaries, particularly as employees progress in their career with us. We apologize if you did not appreciate our technology policy. As you are aware, we provide a technology allowance to allow team members the opportunity to select the systems of their choice. We believe in giving our people maximum flexibility in this area rather than imposing specific tool requirements. Your insights on communication during transitions are valuable. Today we are working with an HR partner that manages the offboarding process. As part of this process a detailed interview is conducted. This feedback is shared with the leadership team so as to ensure that it is well understood and so that necessary changes can be made. I am not clear on your comments regarding bullying. We are keen to ensure that your concerns are addressed. Our research suggests that we pay above market salaries with higher salaries for top performers. If there is a disconnect then we are keen to address it. We are unclear as to what you mean by "old school management" particularly given the vibrant, diverse, and transparent nature of the organization. I am confident that we can align through dialogue. Pros

It’s a very friendly and supportive work environment where you can easily reach out to the top management whenever needed. Salaries are always credited on time, and the overall work culture is positive, helpful, and welcoming. The current Group leads are highly supportive and demonstrate a much more collaborative and helpful approach. Monthly celebrations are done for Birthdays and Anniversaries and Quarter month for all employees as well.

Cons

The Learning and Development environment can be challenging, with noticeable internal politics. There is significant emphasis on Karbon tasks and maintaining “Karbon hygiene,” which at times feels excessive and not directly aligned with overall productivity. Freshers may find limited opportunities for rapid growth or promotion, as the focus often remains on “learning” rather than advancement. Employees are frequently expected to be available during late hours for meetings, in addition to completing their standard 8-hour shifts. Achievements are acknowledged and celebrated; however, when mistakes occur, accountability generally rests solely on the individual, with limited collective support. don't expect promotion if you are a fresher and want to grow. "Focus of learning" is what you get when you say that. You need to b e avaiavalbale at night in any case due to meetings and even completeing your 8hour shift.
