Most colleagues were great human beings and very knowledgeable

Management is disorganised, constantly shifting priorities and has zero vision. Massive 50%-60% redundancies of staff in 2026 due to financial mismanagement but blamed elsewhere. CEO wants to replaces most people with poor AI tools and micro-manage the remaining ones.
