Pros
In all of my years there, most of the students have been wonderful Support teams react quickly Students and lessons to be held are more than abundant (if you are good) You can freely make up your own schedule
Cons
The salary was really low - 1,4 usd per 25mins of class. And after years of teaching there, when I needed to reapply since I couldn't work for a while they offered me even less - 1usd per 25mins instead of a raise after 4 years of glowing recommendations. Which brings me to the second con - The company doesn't really see you like a valued asset or employee (even though they don't in any way directly treat you badly)
