Pros
Reasonable work-life balance if needed. Good culture of diversity and inclusion.
Cons
It's a very siloed organisation. Lots of top-down micromanagement from the board or executive level by people who don't know all the details. A very risk averse culture where projects require 100 sign-offs for something that should be delegated. Many teams working with conflicting aims. Senior management great at creating high-level strategic plans but poor at communicating how they relate to day-to-day tasks. A whole class of middle managers who do nothing but hold meetings with each other and create PowerPoint presentations. The internal People Pulse surveys find the same problems every quarter, yet nothing really changes. The legacy IT systems are awful, but thankfully are being replaced (slowly).
