Company cares about its employees and has a great culture to work for. The people are like family there and everyone is extremely supportive.

As with any consulting job, there can be difficult times with clients that can make the job more challenging than one would like.

I enjoyed working here because the people were a good bunch. Fun to work with while still maintaining their professionalism. It is also a smaller company which means pretty good at adapting to change. The company also seemed to fairly forward thinking and planning for the long term.

The pay and benefits left a lot to be desired. It seems that the benefits constantly shrunk without explanation (it was clear the real explanation was economics). This combined with the opaque bonus system was a bit demoralizing. Also, discussion of politics came up a bit too often in the office. Probably best to leave politics at the door.
