Document Controller role lacked clear definition and often included unrelated duties such as PA tasks and accounting Inconsistent leadership presence made it difficult to understand priorities or maintain structure Expectations around working hours and responsibilities were not applied evenly across the team Concerns raised by experienced colleagues about organisation and standards did not always seem to be acted on Unclear processes and shifting responsibilities made it challenging to perform the role effectively Overall project felt disorganised, which created uncertainty and a tense working atmosphere

Working with hazards like Needles, chromium 6, dirty nappy’s, APCR and exploding batteries. Death at one of the sites. The company was found to have no procedures in place. Absolute shocking. Under an improvement notice with HSE at the current time of this review. Toxic environment with no support at all. Shouted at in front of staff. Bullied to do work that’s unsafe. Expect to work weekends for free as a technician. Benefits, minimum standard pension. Private healthcare is expensive. You are expected to work weekends for free every 6-8 weeks. APCR is deadly, no procedure on how to handle it. Chromuim 6 now found on site especially around the boilers. This is extremely bad for your health. No procedure in place. Tonnes of it found in the ash after been burnt. Ash just blowing around on the conveyors inside and outside the building.
